Felipe spends most of his time managing different funds and companies, he is the President of the Board of Flux Financiera and Fondo Orinoco. Felipe has more than 15 years of experience in strategy, negotiations, business planning, and market strategies.

He is a pro-bono Committee member of Ritch Mueller and the co-founder of Neural Taller, a social studio focused on legal, strategic, and governance research which supports and finances social and ethical enterprises in Mexico and the US.

Fabiola's work spans across climate, agriculture, education, inclusive Growth and SGB development where she partners with public, private, and social sector actors to drive inclusive and sustainable development and innovation.
Fabiola is an independent board member at MetLife Mexico and sits on ANDE's Steering Committee for Mexico and Central America.

Santiago has more than 15 years of global experience in the financial, strategic consulting, and investment sectors.
Santiago is a co-founder and Managing Partner of ALIVE. Before ALIVE, he was an Investment Manager at Bamboo Capital Partners where he was responsible for the identification, structuring, and investment processes in Latin America, primarily in financial inclusion, access to energy, and education. He also worked at ACTIS, Adobe Capital, and for many years was a consultant with Stratco, one of the leading strategic consulting firms of Colombia.
Tania Rodríguez Riestra

Tania has more than 15 years of experience in the formation and scale of impactful organizations. Through CO_Plataforma she led the implementation of an incubator of incubators’ model which has supported more than 800 social and environmental enterprises through incubation, acceleration, certification, and fundraising. She was a founding partner and a Board member of Kaya impacto, SVX Mexico, Connovo, and Taller de Operaciones Ambientales. She was co-President of the Board of Sistema B Mexico.
Tania is currently a Board member at Latimpacto and the Consejo Iberoamericano de Mujeres en Decisión, and an IC member of CO_Capital and IMPAQTO Capital.
Alberto Gómez-Obregón

Alberto has more than 15 years of private and impact investment experience globally. Throughout his career he has also been a co-founder, entrepreneur, mentor, and Board member to different organizations and funds. He is currently a Board member for Simusolar and a Strategic Advisory member to Latimpacto.
Before CO_Capital, Alberto was the Deputy CIO and Global Director of Investments for Acumen. Prior to Acumen he was in the PE space in Latin America for more than ten years, with roles in Graycliff Partners, Partners Group, and The Carlyle Group, with a focus on investments in Mexico, Brazil, and the Andean region.
He started his career as an investment banker at Citi Global Markets. He is an industrial engineer from the Universidad Iberoamericana and has an MBA from London Business School.

Manuel has more than 35 years of experience in senior management roles and Boards. Prior to CO_Capital he was the CEO of the Nature Conservancy for Mexico and Central America. He has held roles as a banker at The Capital Group, Banamex, Citibank, GBM, BNP Paribas, IXE, Banorte and Covaf.
He is a Board member at Fundación Asumo and since June 2019 is a Fellow of the Integrated Capital Institute of RSF Social Finance.
Lisette Montefusco

Lisette has more than 10 years of experience in investment banking, strategic consulting, management and operations. Prior to CO_Capital she worked at CMR, Accenture, Banco Santander, Empresas Polar, and OBoticario. She also has experience managing and institutionalizing foundations and CSR operations.
Lisette is an Economist from Northwestern University and has an MBA from NYU Stern.
She is currently a Board member of Fundación CMR.
Mina López Lugo

Mina has over 20 years of experience in business and since 2008 in the impact ecosystem. She had different roles within corporates, governments and social enterprises, leading sales networks, verification companies, and regional and global impact communities. As a social entrepreneur she founded Pro Bono Venture, eventually, this brought her to lead the Global Pro Bono Network (GPBN) which has supported more than 20,000 social organizations through talent impact investments.
She is currently a member of the GPBN Advisory Council, of the BMW Foundation's Responsible Leaders Network, where she was Network Driver for Latam, and an active participant in global communities for gender equality, mental health and community building.

Anca has more than 10 years of experience in financial due diligence and strategic consulting. She worked at Alvarez & Marsal in Mexico as the Regional Director of Transactions. Prior to that she worked at Deloitte Mexico, KPMG Italy, Deutsche Post – DHL, and Raiffeisenbank.
Anca obtained her BS in Finance from the Universidad Alexandru Cuza in Romania and is a CFA Level I since 2019.

Before CO she was as the Chief of Staff to the CEO at a Y-Combinator startup, worked at a political tech firm, and was an early member on Instagram’s Public Policy team. Caroline also has experience consulting for startups in the social impact space.
Caroline graduated from the University of Chicago with a degree in Public Policy.
Sofía Camacho

Sofía has more than 10 years of experience in the design, implementation, and evaluation of social and environmental projects for a diverse set of organizations internationally. Dedicated to research, as well as scientific and cultural dissemination, she has founded 1 NGO and 2 companies and has served as a consultant to the United Nations and private investment funds on gender issues, indigenous cultures, and climate change.
She has a degree in Humanities from the Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona and a Master's in Communication of Science and Culture from ITESO in Guadalajara.
